Good garment printing starts with the right equipment, suitable fabric and correctly prepared artwork. Our print service brings these together for business clothing, event T-shirts and personalised orders.
Full-colour transfer printing
DTF equipment prints artwork onto transfer film, ready for application to suitable garments. It is a useful option for detailed logos, illustrations and multicolour designs.
Controlled garment application
A garment heat press applies transfers using heat, pressure and time matched to the transfer and fabric. We check suitability and placement before your order is agreed.
Detail before production
Print size, image quality and garment colour all affect the result. Send your original artwork so we can assess the file and recommend an appropriate printing method.

Where are you based?
Our printing business is Sandycroft Workwear Ltd, at 26 Babbage Road, Engineer Park, Sandycroft, CH5 2QD. We serve Chester and surrounding areas. Collection is from Sandycroft, not a Chester city-centre shop. Please arrange collection with us first.
How much does T-shirt printing cost?
The price depends on the garment, quantity, print size, artwork and the number of print positions. Send your requirements for a tailored quotation. Our hen-party page shows the current standard party package prices, including VAT.
Can I mix T-shirt sizes and colours?
Tell us the sizes and colours you need for each garment. We can quote for a mixed-size order and check garment stock. Different colours or fabrics may need different artwork treatments.
Can you print a photograph or a full-colour logo?
We can assess photographs, multicolour logos and detailed artwork for DTF printing on suitable garments. Send the best quality original file you have; we will check its resolution and suitability before the job is agreed.
Can you print T-shirts I already own?
Ask about our printing-only service. Send the garment label, fabric composition, colour, quantities and design before bringing your tops in, so we can check whether the fabric and decoration method are suitable.
How quickly can you print my order?
Lead time depends on stock, artwork approval, quantity and our production schedule. Tell us your required date before ordering. We will confirm a realistic completion date with your quote.
Do you deliver to Chester and across the UK?
Yes, UK delivery can be arranged. Give us your postcode and deadline so the delivery cost and timing can be included in your quote. You can also arrange collection from our Sandycroft premises.
What artwork should I send?
A vector PDF, SVG or EPS is useful for logos; a high-resolution PNG with transparency is useful for full-colour prints. Send the original file where possible, and tell us the intended print size. We will advise if artwork needs adjustment.
